Shaped in the form of the Swiss Alps icon - the Matterhorn - these pralinés are filled with smooth milk chocolate ganache enriched with the prized absinthe of Studer: Sinfully delicious! Studer’s Absinth is made of distilled wormwood (Grande Absinth), a blend of eight selected herbs, pure alcohol and fresh water from Studers’s own spring, following a recipe that has been handed down from one generation to the next.
    Covered in milk chocolate, with its peak tipped green in reference to the Green Fairy (“die grüne Fee” in German, or “la fée verte” in French) as absinthe was once dubbed, this chocolate with Studer’s original Swiss Absinth is a tribute to our tradition.
