A single variety chocolate made of 70% Grand Cru Carenero Superior, combined with cocoa nibs for a delicate crunch.

Carenero Superior is pure Trinitario cocoa from Venezuela. This variety is typical for the Barlovento region to the east of the city of Caracas. The Careneros are renowned for their fresh, delicately fruity flavours. For this Grand Cru chocolate, Quizás uses a selection of Carenero beans that have exclusively undergone traditional fermentation and sun drying.

Taste: Round and balanced with notes of Raspberry, lychee, vanilla and macadamia nuts.
